For some reason I don't bake, I just prefer cooking, I guess b/c I don't measure anything while cooking, but with baking you sorta have to measure, lol.... but I was really wanting an apple pie. It was fun, but I am for sure getting an apple corer for next time. Here is my creation
OH, and by the way.... it was REALLY good!

Nice work! I will have to try a lattice next time. I like to use one of those apple slicers to help me out. You know, the one you use for the kiddos.
